MEET ALICIA
Welcome to Thrive & Bloom A space created for meaningful growth, deeper self-connection, and whole person well being.I’m Alicia, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, Somatic healing practitioner and lifelong learner with a deep interest in understanding the connection between our behavior, thoughts, emotions, bodies, and lived experiences.
My professional foundation is rooted in the science of human behavior and years of experience helping individuals better understand patterns, develop meaningful skills, and create lasting change. Over time, my own curiosity about the whole person led me to explore approaches that extend beyond what we can observe on the surface. Continued training in Reiki, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and somatic practices has broadened the way I understand self-awareness, healing, and personal growth. At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful change is not simply about “fixing” a behavior or becoming a different version of ourselves. Often, it begins with curiosity. What is this pattern telling me?
What am I experiencing beneath the surface?
What does my body notice?
What am I holding onto that may no longer serve me?
What might become possible if I responded differently?Thrive & Bloom grew from the idea that science and holistic practices do not have to exist in separate worlds. My approach honors both, bringing curiosity about behavior and patterns together with practices that encourage slowing down, turning inward, reconnecting with the our creator, our body, and developing greater awareness of ourselves. My intention is to create a space where you can explore without judgment, reconnect with yourself, and approach change with greater awareness, compassion, and intention. You do not have to become someone different in order to grow. Sometimes growth begins by understanding yourself more deeply and creating space for what is already within you to bloom.
